Private Equity Investor Services Senior Analyst. Dublin 2. Permanent. Salary, DOE. Our client is looking for an Investor Services Analyst to join the Private Equity unit of their company. This role offers the successful candidate a brilliant opportunity to gain experience with the full investor services process. Responsibilities: Operational contact for a number of Private Equity clients. Contact for Fund and Investor queries. Create new Investors and maintain Investor register. Prepare and review of capital call and distribution notices. Prepare capital account statements and analyse the figures to ensure accuracy. Assist in audit preparation when required. Follow procedures to ensure funds are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Minimum 1 years’ experience in fund operations with experience in Alternative Funds. 3rd level degree in Finance/Business or related field. Strong PC skills. Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Previous experience working on Private Equity funds.
