Description

This role is to assist in organising and liaising a feeding pump to be transferred to the home of an individual once released from hospital. It is within a nutrition team. Duties and responsibilities are as follows - Responsibility for liaising with hospitals when patients are being discharged – the Dietitian will contact your team to provide patients requirements. Organisation of the feeding pump training by liaising with Dietitian/patient/family members and third party. Ordering starter packs and providing support for these patients. All other ad-hoc duties that fall within CS / Admin responsibilities. Organise the discharge of patients into the community by using the SalesForce System (training will be provided) and liaising with 3rd party supplier of goods. On-going patient liaison to ensure patient’s ease of use with the feeding system. Answering incoming telephone calls and take appropriate action as required. Obtain Health Board contacts for placing orders for giving sets. Updating the patient’s records. Ideally you will have - Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of administration processes. Proficient in MS word, MS excel and Powerpoint. Highly developed interpersonal skills. Exceptional telephone manner. Good organisational skills. Speed and accuracy. Attention to detail.
