Description

Supplier Relationship Manager. You will be a key member of a Strategic Sourcing team, responsible for all external spend, and through good leadership, delivering value, risk mgt. & regulatory compliance. This will be done via developing strong partnerships with suppliers. You will be a key member of the SRM team supporting the 3rd party risk & relationship mgt. The team is a core specialist support dept. Within Business & Customer Services & manage the full lifecycle of 3rd party services, from sourcing, contract mgt. to exit. This will which governs all supplier rel'ships, is based on supplier segmentation, & allows specific supplier treatment strategies to be applied to each of. The SRM role will engage with business stakeholders understand their obligations under SRM. Work with them at all stages throughout the 3rd Party Mgt. (TPM) lifecycle) & improve mgt. of suppliers, to understand & reduce risk & help drive value. You will. Understand supplier spend & risk profiles; support t & monitor internal compliance with the SRM stds so clear relationship stds can be achieved. Work across multiple business units & work with owners to embed SRM Stds. Work with business owners to development & implementation initiatives, ensuring benefits are tracked & realised for all relevant suppliers. Ensure correct initiatives are introduced & managed in accordance with governance & policies. Ensure risk is fully quantified, managed via an risk assurance. Build & maintain strong working rel'ships with s/holders; functional specialists & senior stakeholders, to help shape business requirements. Manage key aspects of comms. plan for SRM ensuring that the business have a clear understanding of the stds, templates & supports for managing 3rd party rel'ships. Manage key aspects of the SRM change to ensure that the SRM is rolled out in accordance with project timelines. Be a source of expert knowledge for the business, for both existing engagements & potential capabilities in market, with external networking/benchmarking. Promote sound risk governance, adhering to regulatory & compliance obligations. You will be a : Proven strategic thinker with strong analytic skills & ability to develop & implement group-wide concepts. Clear thinker, anticipating & developing strategies for future consequences & trends. Strong Negotiator - Strong commercial & interpersonal skills successful negotiation mgt. & networking skills. An Initiator - developing strategies & being responsible for actions. Excellent project & change mgt. - proven ability to effectively prioritise & execute tasks in a high pressure environment. Proven experience in rel'ship Mgt., preferably in the mgt. of suppliers/3rd parties. Please note: The Minimum Education 5 passes in the Leaving Certificate (or equivalent), to include a pass in English & Maths. These must be achieved at either Ordinary or Honours Level.
