HR Business Partner. Working in partnership with its Professional Services Client Sanderson is looking for suitable applicants for a Permanant HR Business Partner to deliver on a strategic HR support and advisory as part of a broader HR Team. You will thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment and have a passion for building and refining processes and practices. You will be a strong at influencing and mentoring others, and have the ability to build strong relationships with leadership and staff. Responsibilities. Partner with and advise the business on all things related to people and talent - from recruitment and selection, integration, reward, performance management, learning & development and employee engagement. Responsible for providing comprehensive proactive HR partnership to specified departments and their respective teams. Provide general HR support to all levels across the business. Anticipate issues and needs within the business areas and address these effectively. Carry out HR projects to support the HR strategy including those relating to risk, GDPR and D&I. Mentor and develop members of the HR & Talent Team. Skills and Experience: A self-starter who can operate calmly under pressure, work effectively to deadlines and who is highly organised. A strong team player with excellent influencing skills, the ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly. Have the ability to handle multiple tasks with tight overlapping deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, confidence and a natural curiosity will also be key to success in the role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years HR Advisory experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
