National Sales Manager
National Sales Manager : Dublin. Our client the leading Distributor of Irish Gifts and Souvenirs are seeking to recruit a National Sales Manager, reporting to the MD, you will effectively and strategically managed the existing Sales Team and building long-term relationships with Key Accounts. As National Sales Manager you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. Responsibilities : N.Sales Manager: Develop and implement effective strategic sales strategies in line with company growth. Mentor, Guide and Manage nationwide sales team to achieve sales KPI's and targets. Establish productive and professional relationships with key accounts. Monitor and analyze performance metrics of the Sales Team, ensure Sales growth is achieved and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board. Requirements: N.Sales Manager : Proven track record at National Sales Management Level. Experience managing a high performance sales team. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. Solid customer service attitude with first class key account management skills set. Strong communication and team management skills. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
