Job title. Secretarial / Admin / Call-Centre / Customer Service. Employment Type: Permanent Full Time – Immediate Start – based in Dublin 24. Salary: Competitive Remuneration Package is on offer. POStech Limited are a IT Service Company based in Citywest Business Campus , Dublin 24. We are seeking an energetic candidate with strong administration and organisation skills. As well as a general administrative role the successful candidate will be charged with working with our Sales, Finance and customer service from an administration capacity. Office Administrator with Accounts Experience desirable. Reporting to Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate will have min of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and preferably with service industry experience. SAP business One and Salesforce experience would be an advantage. Key Responsibilities. Point of contact for incoming calls. Dealing with day to day office administration. Maintaining and running of an efficient well organised office. Dealing with customer service queries. Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. Other Administrative duties as required. Processing Supplier Orders. Credit Control. Stock Management. Ad Hoc tasks. Ideal Candidate: Self-motivated who enjoys a varied role. Ability to prioritise work, multitask and work on own initiative is essential. Excellent PC skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Would need to be confident, mature, enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and professional in your approach to work.
