Responsibilities: Responsible for technical direction of the Java domain. Liaise with the Solution Architect and Team Manager on various projects. Drive best practices within the development space. Adhere to agreed standards and drive innovation. Perform code reviews and where necessary, recommend improvements. Mentor Junior members of the team. Develop coding documentations and other specifications on various projects. Skills required. 10 years' experience working with Java technologies and exposure to large-scale development projects. Experience working with REST and Spring frameworks. Code Design and API design principle experience. JBoss experience would be an advantage. Exposure to any of the following - Jenkins, Gradle, Git. Fluent verbal and written English. Must hold a valid Irish / EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
