We are a leading company in detection and crackdown of unauthorised distribution, trademark and intellectual property rights infringements of luxury brands. Our clients include the LVMH group, BOSE and SEIKO. We currently have a position open in our Dublin office for a Purchase & Office Administrator/Coordinator for a minimum of six months. This is a maternity cover role. We are looking for a highly organised individual with an ability to carry out tasks independently with minimal supervision. A successful candidate will be communicating with a team in Paris on a daily basis and reporting to their seniors, also based in Paris. This role requires Japanese language skills (mother tongue), as well as proficiency in English (both spoken and written). The job requires online test purchases, writing emails and making phone calls, if necessary, to our contacts in various locations in relation to deliveries and redirection of the items received. Online counterfeit detection work is to be carried out monthly. To be successful as a Purchase & Office Administrator/Coordinator you must have excellent communication skills and organisational skills as well as attention to detail. Responsibilities: Online test purchase of products as requested by clients. Follow up on orders and deliveries. Contact our local contacts in various locations by emails and phone calls. Manage purchases within a timeline of the project. Liaise with our Paris office (HQs) and report to senior members of staff in Paris. Write reports on purchases/delivered products. Online counterfeit detection. Basic Excel skills. Minimum of 2 year working experience preferable. Requirements: The Candidate must be a native Japanese speaker with a knowledge of local market. Excellent organisational skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Prior experience with administrative or office coordinator job preferable. Problem-solving skills. A thorough and conscientious worker. Attention to detail. A working knowledge of standard MS Office. Minimum of 2 year working experience. Candidates must have the correct visa/status to live and work in Ireland or (e.g. working holiday visa, permanent residency, Irish or EU/EEA citizenship. Suitable candidates will be contacted and invited to a first round of interview at our Dublin office. An offer will be made to an individual after successfully completing a second interview.
