To perform Medical Information and Promotional Compliance monitoring activities for the company products. Medical Information. Ensure enquiries are responded in a timely manner; Ensure standard responses and bespoke responses are generated in a timely manner; Support senior members in reviewing Medical Information responses generated by another member in company medical information/affiliates/service providers. Ensure timely communication of Adverse Event and/or product quality complaint received in Medical Information function to relevant department; Support in performing quality control on Medical Information activities performed by affiliates and service providers; Support in Implementation and Validation of Medical Information database globally; Support in training affiliates and service providers on reporting of enquiries containing medical information, product quality complaints and adverse events; Ensure oversight on compliance for upload of product information files in internal and external websites; Promotional compliance monitoring. Ensure all compliance monitoring are performed as per assigned schedule. Ensure timely escalation of noncompliance identified to line manager. Perform compliance reviews within timelines assigned/agreed with promotional compliance member. Support promotional compliance team in the day to day running in promotional compliance function. Support compliance team in generation of affiliate compliance report in a timely manner. Ensure support and training is delivered to local team, where necessary. General. Ensure company policies are procedures are adhered; Ensure relevant records and maintained as soft copy and hard copies, if required as per APTL filing structure/instruction; Support senior members in generation reports including departmental metrics, compliance, trending and KPI’s. Ensure trainings are completed in a timely manner; Ensure that relevant document requested by auditor is provided in a timely manner during internal and external audits; Support senior member in team to Identify gaps and suggest ways of process improvement. Adherence to Company Health & Safety procedures. Participate in training programmes. Any other duties as assigned by your Manager. Requirements. Bachelors or Post Graduate degree in science, pharmacy or medicine; Facilitator training will be an advantage; Working with remote team is considered as an advantage; 1 to 5 years’ experience in Medicine Information Unit is considered as an advantage; Effective use of appropriate IT systems and program.
