***make your move *** internal account manager: builder merchants (south dublin. call daniella 086 77505646. internal account manager : builders merchants: as the successful internal account manager: you will be responsible for selling the full range of building materials and supplies to existing accounts and prospecting accounts . the role will be primarily account management, with majority of your calls being inbound inquiries, you will be the clients first point of contact, ensuring a high level of customer care and attention to detail. support external sales executives - ensuring the efficient processing and follow-up of customer enquiries. maintaining effective communications with suppliers regarding the sourcing and delivery of all building materials & supplies. answering phones -maximise sales by continually expanding orders and up selling material. day to day quotations -ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary. skills and experience required : customer facing sales experience within builder provider/merchant is essential for this role, strong building material product knowledge is essential. excellent organisational and inter-personal skills, ability to account manage. keen interest in delivering superb customer service/after sales will be required to carry out this role effectively.
