We are a leading Retrofit Contractor providing customers with a complete range of energy saving upgrades to SEAI standard and currently have a requirement for a highly motivated individual to join our BER Assessment and Quality team. Job Description: The role will involve travelling to various sites in Leinster and conducting Part L Analysis and BER Assessments. The Candidate: • Applicants will need the necessary BER qualifications. Essential Skills & Qualifications: • Full clean driving licence. • Personable and confident. • Excellent organisational skills. • IT literate in word & excel. • Flexibility with working hours. • Technical/ construction orientated background. • Ability to take on site measurements and calculate volume and surface areas. Preferable Skills & Qualifications: • Knowledge of the Irish Building Regulations Part L. • Working knowledge of the DEAP software and Building Energy Rating (BER) calculations for residential buildings. • The role offers significant potential for a suitable candidate who wishes to advance their career in an exciting and developing company. • Company van. • Fuel card. • Phone.
