Our client based in South Dublin have an amazing job opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. Your role – not limited to: • 360 recruitment process. • Develop recruitment plans. • Source and hire TOP TALENT. • Create and improve HR plans and procedures. • HR support for employees. • Lead hiring campaigns. Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years inhouse recruitment & HR experience. • 3rd level qualification in Human Resources. • Good knowledge of Employment Law. • Experience in 360 recruitment process. • Full clean drivers licence and access to a vehicle.
