Services Coordinator. Kildare. Salary: DOE. A leading Irish Building Contractor are looking to recruit a Services Coordinator. This role is based in Kildare. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience within a similar role. Desired attributes: Degree/trade Qualification in Mechanical Engineering. Strong background in construction with M&E aspects. Ideally a self-starter. Has lead projects in excess of €10m. Has worked previously within the Mechanical and Electrical Sector. Has experience with Facilities Management and or Building Services Sector. Has worked on the construction of new builds. Specific experience with the construction of clean rooms and technical builds a definite requirement. Up to date knowledge of HVAC. Happy to supervise the works of sub-contractors. Excellent problem solver. Keen to assist in construction and provide time saving solutions. Plumber, electrician, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic profiles will all be considered. This is a brief description of the role.
