Our client based close to Dublin City Centre have an amazing job opportunity for a Senior HRBP to join their team. This is a chance to join a well know FMCG company. Your role – not limited to: • Financial budgets. • Employee Relations. • Business performance. • Mentor and coach senior employees. • Create and improve HR plans, projects and procedures. • Design and delivery of recruitment and hiring processes. • Responsibly of FMCG/Manufacturing sites outside of Ireland. Requirements: • Previous experience in a Senior HR Business Partner in a similar company. • Change management experience. • Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations. • 3rd level qualification in Human Resources. • Full membership of CIPD. • Ability to travel.
