Head of Talent Development. Sanderson HR is working in partnership with its Global client to recruit a new Head of Talent Development to join the Dublin based Human Resources team. A strong people manager with the ability to influence at all levels, high degree of commercialism with a proven experience in the delivery of L&D strategy and driving learning cultures. Responsibilities. You will set and deliver the new Learning and Development strategy that supports business growth plans and business strategy. Review and implement the Learning and Development strategy and budget. Embed the Digital Learning system. Lead the team of Operational trainers and ensure technical competence is in place. Work closely with Executive team to identify future talent and Hipo's. Collaborate closely with the business to develop effective training solutions. Continuously assess and analyse effectiveness. Implement Performance and Leadership programmes. Establish and manage external supplier relationships to ensure procurement of the best and most cost effective learning solutions. Collaborate with the European Talent team to ensure best practice is shared. Behaviours. Strategic and Commercial in outlook. Excellent negotiation ability to get management bought in.
