Human Resources Manager required, Dublin location, large Group managed and owned 4* Hotel. We are now actively recruiting for this role... ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years 4* Hotel HRM experience in Dublin 4* Group / Branded property...Duties include responsibility. To manage the Appraisal System within the hotel, ensuring the agreed procedure is adhered to. To operate a system of Career Planning for employees, where appropriate. To prepare and implement an annual HR plan. To ensure all HR files are reviewed and that they have the agreed contents in each file. To play a key role in the implementation of wage control. To ensure the agreed uniform standards are achieved throughout the hotel. To ensure appraisals are carried out in line with the company policy. To ensure payroll is monitored and reviewed on a weekly basis. To ensure rosters are reviewed in advance to ensure correct staffing levels. To analyse weekly KPI reports and to ensure the required action is taken. To implement key operating ratios. To ensure the team hand book is updated with new legislation and new policies and procedures.
