Ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in a similar role...Must be an expert on all things coffee... All candidates require current legal status to work in Ireland and must demonstrate. Proven ability to lead the team, to work under pressure and meet service deadlines. Experience in busy High Street Cafe / Restaurant as overall Manager in charge. Minimum 3 years experience in a management leadership role, preferably with a branded chain. Progressive career experience in similar style, quality, volume business.
