Assistant General Manager Job Dublin Restaurant. Excel Recruitment are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager for a very busy retail Restaurant in Dublin city centre. This is a hands on position, working as part of a motivated team with a fantastic Irish brand. This position would suit someone who is currently working in a late night quick service environment and is looking for a better work life balance as you will be working at least two daytime shifts per week. Responsibilities of this Assistant General Manager Job Dublin Restaurant. Manage the daytime operations of the restaurant. Ensure that service standards within the restaurant are maintained. Work with the kitchen to ensure a smooth service. Promoting the food offering through various channels. Training new staff in the restaurant when required.
