The NLI’s Head of Finance leads the Finance function at the NLI in the delivery of effective financial management, control, compliance and reporting.  The post holder will be the Chief Risk Officer for the NLI and will manage the Finance Team to deliver all aspects of the accounting cycle: transactional processing to management and statutory accounting, and play a key role in business decisions, planning and strategy development for this leading cultural institution. Managing the agenda of Finance, Audit and Risk, the jobholder will also be responsible for corporate governance functions, compliance, procurement, freedom of information and GDPR in the Library.
