Description

Vacancy for experienced project manager for Team Leader role in Patient Access Services, North Dublin city hospital. This position will require the successful applicant to develop, implement and manage the daily operations of the patient access departments across the hospital. This is a new role where the successful applicant will have responsibility for ensuring each hospital department uses standard operating procedures in relation to patient access. The responsibility of the role extends to leading a team of staff in all points of service collection, insurance verification and pricing. To be considered eligible for the role the following selection criteria apply : - Third level educational background relevant to the requirements of the. role. - 5 years relevant experience with a minimum of 2 years supervisory. experience in a healthcare setting with demonstrated supervisory and. people management skills. - Proven working knowledge of managing patient insurance information, service collections and insurance verifications. - Competent IT user. - Strong finance and business processes knowledge.
