Your day-to-day for this Buying Administrator job: Compile Sales & Stock Reports for supplier meetings. Sign off on invoices and match with POs, update costs on Navision. Daily and weekly admin for the department and buyers as required. Propose and agree volumes with buyers the forecast, stock management and ordering of required stock for range products. Communicate with suppliers daily to manage delivery schedules and update the team. Creating warehouse stock reports and out of stock reports. The set up and ongoing maintenance of products on Navision including product image and online content including images and related information for customers. Weekly price changes for products and communicate to stores. Set up monthly promotions up for stores and online. Update price file as per buyer's instructions. Experience required for this Buying Administrator job: Admin experience in FMCG /Retail. Strong MS Office skills, MS Excel in particular. Attention to detail with enthusiastic, can-do attitude. Excellent communication style. Salary: €25-30k DOE & Benefits.
