Barista Jobs Full-time. Baristas are wanted to join our team of professionals in Excel Recruitment with an immediate start. We work with some of Ireland's top hospitality groups and are looking for the right candidates to join our Batista team. Requirements of this Barista Job : Minimum of 6 months experience working as Barista. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions. Carry out the job functions with integrity, knowledge and efficiency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent oral and written English. Manual Handling and HACCP training would be an advantage. Must be flexible. Responsibilities of this Barista Job : Promote coffee consumption by educating customers about each coffee available. Maintain a calm demeanour in this fast-paced environment. Create a positive, fun and efficient environment. Preparing and serving all coffee drinks. Working with the till. Welcome customers and enquiring their coffee needs. Explaining all coffee drinks available to customers and answering any questions. Preparing and selling coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and techniques. To maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Restock shelves when necessary. Always keep the work area clean.
