Description

HR Business Partner. Sanderson is working in partnership with its well established market leading client to recruit a commercially focused HR Business Partner to deliver on a full cycle remit that includes longer view strategic initiatives and projects as well as day to day business partnerng and people deveopment. This is a contract position for a period of 12 Months. Responsibilities include: Develop strong business and stakeholder relationships across groups. Manage the employee life-cycle, recruitment process and compliance in collaboration with your colleagues. Coaching your teams and support them through the performance management cycle. Providing best practice advice and guidance to the management team you support, in line with current employment legislation, whilst staying abreast of emerging trends and thought leadership in HR. Lead learning and development activity, recognising requirements and working closely with Head of L&D to develop learning strategies and interventions. Proactively manage employee relations. Support business change requirements; acquisitions, mergers or redundancies. Collaborate on compensation and benefits initiatives and supporting delivery of same. Ensure and promote a positive and consistent employee experience via culture programmes and employee engagement initiatives. Collaborate with HR colleagues on; wellness, sports and social activity, learning and development, performance management, graduate recruitment, internship recruitment. Requirements. Degree or Masters in HR Business or related discipline. CIPD qualification preferred. Minimum 5 years at HR Business Partner level. Excellent relationship management and influencing skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills.
