Sous Chef must have 5 years’ experience, capable of producing high quality Indian dishes and cuisine. Must have knowledge of Tandoori cooking and various curries and spices used in Indian cuisine. Both applicants must be hard working and work well as part of a team. Salary €32000 per annum. 39 Hrs p/w. Chef De Partie must have 2 years working in a busy kitchen.
