Telecoms Retail Store Manager. My client, a leader in smart phones and accessories is looking for a Telecoms Retail Store Manager for their busy South Dublin store. Though a background in telecoms would be an advantage, I welcome Fashion Managers or an Assistant/Floor Manager looking for the next step up in their career. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest and passion for technology coupled with the desire to get the best out of their team and smash sales targets!! I am looking for a bubbly energetic person who can lead and motivate a team of 6 in hitting the store KPI's, delivering first class service and providing exceptional product knowledge whilst keep a close eye on the competition. Key Responsibilities for the job of Telecoms Retail Store Manager. Support and lead the team with all aspects of sales and service. Communicate and achieve KPI's including Sales, Costs, ATV, UPT and Foot Fall conversion. Provide expert advice and prompt service. Review and analyse sales reports and KPI's and react accordingly. Ensure all customer details and paperwork is captured and processed correctly. Ensure all guidelines around GDPR and data protection are adhered to. Encourage your team to increase sales by up selling and cross selling. Regularly do consistent training on product, competitors and sales techniques. Ensure excellent retail store standards and customer engagement is delivered at all times. Carry regular team briefs in order for your team to reach all goals. Ensure that the store is commercially merchandised and visually appealing. An understanding of margin and profit and loss an advantage.
