AML Supervisor – Funds. €45,000-€55,000 DOE. Dublin 2. Permanent. Our client is a leading global provider of asset management and investment technology solutions. They are looking for an AML Supervisor to join their team today. Responsibilities: Review documents linked to new account opening and account maintenance in line with AML requirements. Quality check investor files. Perform research if required, to understand investor type, company structures, etc. Investigate and solve potential issues. Review, approve and provide sign off on the status of AML for investor accounts. Train, coach and mentor new employees and develop and motivate staff. Provide input and feedback to Manager regarding employees ongoing performance/development/performance appraisals. Maintain a good working relationship with external clients as well as with internal relationship managers and other business units in the company. Perform quality control checks and approval on client correspondence. Requirements for the successful candidate: 3+ years’ experience in an AML role within Alternatives/Hedge Funds. Experience in supervising, coaching and/or mentoring staff. Strong Risk awareness (EU legislation for AML regulations. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. C. proficient, particularly Excel and Word. Fluency in English Language (both verbal and written) essential.
