AML Manager – Funds. Dublin City Centre. €€ DOE. We are currently recruiting for an AML Manager with an international Investment Bank. In this role, you will haver responsibility for the management of teams who provide a Transfer Agency service to their clients. You will ensure that prospective and existing investors follow AML laws and regulations. Day to day: Setting and achievement of specific team performance targets and objectives. Oversight of the TA AML team. Building and maintaining client relationships through regular meetings & forums and ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction. Performing AML/KYC due diligence on a range of institutional client types with different legal structures, in different jurisdictions. Manage, coach and develop team members. Requirements: Minimum 8 years’ working in the Funds/Investment Banking/Asset Management industry. Minimum 6 years’ experience in an Investor Services role. Strong, up to date knowledge of Irish AML/KYC laws and regulations. Excellent understanding of hedge funds, special purpose vehicles, partnerships, trusts and charities. Good understanding of Irish regulatory framework including requirements for accepting customers etc. Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel. Third level degree in Business/Finance .
