Commercial Director | Dublin | €Six Fig Salary + Executive Package. To join the ‘client project management team’, who are responsible for the design, construction, and delivery of a major €1bn+ hospital project of national and international importance. You will have 20+ years proven quantity surveying, commercial management and contract administration skills, 8+ years at senior management level, coupled with the ability to motivate / manage a team of dedicated professionals across all disciplines associated with a project of this scale, complexity and magnitude. The Commercial Director will report and advise the Board in relation to: Procurement Methods, Project Cost Control, Risk Management. Dispute Resolution, Forensic Claims Analysis. Contract Management. Project Delivery Dates. Previous experience on large ‘multi-site centres of excellence’ and / or projects valued at €450m+ in Ireland, UK or overseas an advantage.
