We are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to work within the life sciences and medical device sectors. Responsibilities. As a senior recruitment consultant, you will have the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Manage the full 360° recruitment process from developing client relationships to attracting top talent. Work closely with clients in the pharma & medical device sector to understand job briefs and how to approach the market for each role. Full candidate journey – Advertising roles, screening candidates, interviewing candidates, advising and guiding candidates through the process. Business development, client meetings and presentations. Serve as an ambassador of the brand, locally and beyond, as part of a broader strategy. Proactively seek new business opportunities & generate leads. Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients. What you need to succeed: Third level qualification preferably in a science discipline. Self-motivated, organised and have good time management skills. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Committed to offering the highest professional standards. Articulate, flexible and down to earth nature. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a recruitment role or suitable industry experience within pharma, medical devices. Strong administration skills.
