My Dublin based client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to help support the Country HR Director on both a strategic and operational level in a fast paced, dynamic organisation. You would lead a small HR Team and provide proactive human resource support in line with the companies HR strategy and business objectives. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage the employee life cycle events for Ireland based employees, including supporting recruitment, on-boarding, development etc. Build effective relationships, providing leaders, managers and associates with professional and proactive support and coaching on people management issues. Advise managers and associates on statutory compliance and HR best practice e.g. disciplinary, grievance, maternity etc. Manage HR processes including appraisals, promotions, annual salary planning and compensation reviews. Design, develop and implement strategies, policies and trainings in line with organisational requirements. Contribute to the delivery of HR implementation plans with a special focus on TUPE transfers, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion. Essential Requirements: 10 years strong HR Generalist/BP level experience. 2-3 years HR Manager experience. TUPE experience. Previous stakeholder management and management coaching experience.
