In-house Tech Recruiter. Dublin. Contract. Sigmar Recruitment are currently recruiting for several In-house Technical Recruiter positions in various locations across Dublin county. The successful candidate will be embedded into the internal recruitment team for a fixed time period. This is a great opportunity for any In-house or Agency Recruiter to diversify and enhance their skills in different markets. Responsibilities. Collaboration with HRBPs in effective manner to ensure HR & Recruitment strategies are aligned. Managing relationships with internal & external stakeholders in the business such as hiring managers and other recruitment agencies. Full end to end management of the recruitment cycle. Overseeing the entire interview process. Assist in conducting reference checks for potential employees as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements. Ideally minimum 2 years’ experience in an In-house Recruitment role in the Tech industry. Experience covering the full recruitment cycle. Focused on providing a positive candidate experience.
