Digital Transformation Project Manager. My client, a leading bricks and mortar retailer are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager to join their IT team in Dublin. ***please note this is not a marketing or e-commerce role - this is the process of using digital technologies to improve procedures and processes across the stores and head office*** The main purpose of this role is to deliver digital initiatives that complement and support the performance of the network of retail stores and enhance the customer experience. I am looking for an innovative technology savvy individual with a record of delivering high impact Digital Transformation projects from concept to deployment. Package. Starting salary €42K-€48K which will increase to €54K over time. Free parking. 20 days holidays rising to 25 after two years. Medical Insurance. Company pension after 12 months. On site gym and canteen. Key Responsibilities for the job of Digital Transformation Project Manager. Working with the IT team and suppliers to scope, estimate and deliver projects on time and on budget. Working with your team to collate a business case in terms of understanding the return on investment for any digital deployment. Working with all stakeholders to ensure new digital deliveries are adopted and used effectively. Identifying ideas/opportunities for using digital to transform any aspect of the business, including in-store processes, logistics, and customer engagement. Working with suppliers in relation to solution development and deployment. Skills & Experience for the job of Digital Transformation Project Manager. 1 years' minimum project management. 3rd level relevant qualification an advantage but not essential.
