Global Head of Regulatory Reporting. Dublin 2. My client is a privately-owned, global asset manager. They are currently recruiting for a new Global Head of Regulatory Reporting. This position will be based in Dublin City Centre and the successful candidate will be responsible for all global operational processes in place to ensure the company fulfils its regulatory obligations. You and your department will be responsible for all post trade reporting obligations like EMIR, ASIC, MiFID Transaction and Trade reporting and ensuring all regulatory reports are submitted with the highest accuracy and quality and within deadlines. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and with colleagues internationally to ensure the company’s regulatory reporting standards meet and exceed expectations. Requirements for the role: An experienced, senior people manager skilled in coaching, development and succession planning. Experience managing a global team – cultural diversity. Proven experience in Change Management and achieving Operational Improvements. Extensive background in regulatory reporting , coming from Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Investment Operations. Experience with EMIR, ASIC, MiFID Transaction and Trade reporting. Demonstrated relationship management skills with the ability to handle complex and diverse relationships. Experience and knowledge of various types of regulatory reporting obligations globally. Ability to analyse and understand complex regulatory requirements and work with stakeholders to determine potential impact son current and future processes.
