HR Director. Dublin. Permanent. My client, a multinational in the financial services organisation is recruiting a HR Director to be based in their site in Dublin city. Responsibilities. Work closely with and advise onsite senior leadership team. Provide guidance in all areas of people management. Coach and mentor a high performing team and drive a culture of excellence. Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies which enable overall business goals. Build and maintain strong professional relationship both internally and externally. Liaise with the wider HR team and other areas of the business both onsite and internationally as required. Ensure the adherence to all Employment Legislation and compliance requirements through the development and implementation of strong HR policies. Identify risk and put controls in place to mitigate risks. Identify the need for and implement process improvements. Manage the annual HR budget including forecasting appropriately. Oversee the L&D and Talent Management programmes. Actively lead Change Management/Organisational Development initiatives and other HR projects both locally and at international level as required. Requirements. Minimum 3 years in a Lead HR management role. Degree qualified in Human Resource Management or similar relevant area. Chartered CIPD is essential. Experience in Organisational Development, Change Management and Project Management. Previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred but not essential. Proven track record of building and developing high performing teams. Strong stakeholder management and demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. Experience coaching and mentoring senior business leaders. Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. Good judgement and strong decision-making skills. Pro-active with a strategic approach. Adaptable to changing business requirements. Highly proficient in MS Office is essential and experience with HRIS, SAP and Concur is preferred.
