HR Administrator. North Dublin. Permanent. I am currently recruiting a HR Administrator for my well-respected construction sector client. Based in their offices in North Dublin, this a great opportunity for a candidate looking to progress in their HR career. Responsibilities. Manage and maintain the internal HR system. Compile and present HR reports as required. Act as a point of contact for initial HR queries. Operate in accordance with employment legislation and internal policies and procedures. Support the recruitment process. Issue contracts and related on-boarding documentation for all new hires. Liaise with cross-functional teams and other areas of the business as required. General HR administration and other related ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements. Degree in Human Resource Management or similar relevant area. 2+ years experience in a HR Administrator role. Previous experience in the Construction/Manufacturing sector is preferred. Pro-active and resilient with a positive attitude and good judgement. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of GDPR and the need for confidentiality. Strong general administration skills and experience.
