They are seeking a talented Assistant Manager to ensure exceptionally high standards and consistency across all sites within the group. Our client is seeking a dynamic senior manager. The successful Assistant Store Manager will ensure our client achieves targeted growth in revenues, profitability, and customer service and brand awareness. You will drive standards, service and sales across the different departments of the store. Responsibilities for this Convenience Assistant Manager job: Assisting the Store Mangaer with the daily running of the supermarket. Training and developing staff across the different departments. Achieving targets and KPIs. Ensuring store standards are consistently at the highest level. Maximising store profits and controlling costs. The ideal applicant will for this Assistant Manager Jobs will have: Store management experience. Experience developing and implement staff training. Experience in store developments and refits.
