HR Ops Specialist. Dublin. FTC. My client, a well-known organisation in the Technology sector is recruiting a HR Operations Specialist to join their team on a fixed term contract in Dublin due to continued expansion. Responsibilities. Lead key operational HR processes. Liaise with the payroll and finance teams to support the delivery of payroll across EMEA. Support and drive the global benefits programs. Manage the resolution of complex operational HR issues. Collect and analyse data relating to operational processes. Identify, suggest and implement process improvements as required both locally and globally. Liaise with other areas of the business of all levels as required. Build and maintain strong business relationships but internally and externally. Drive initiative and projects to build and grow the HR Operations team. Requirements. 5+ years experience in a HR role. Degree qualified in HR/Business or similar relevant area. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while owning and driving operational processes. Experience identifying and implementing successful process improvements. Knowledge of compensation and benefits processes is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong stakeholder management and ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Adaptable and flexible to deal with changing business needs. Good judgement , attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. High proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of HR systems.
