Senior Process Innovation Coordinator – Grade VIII. Application details/procedure: Title: Senior Process Innovation Coordinator. Level: Grade VIII. Salary: €68,310 - €68,924 - €71,519 - €74,123 –             €76,708 - €79,304 - €81,883. Important Note. Entry will be at the minimum of the scale and the rate of remuneration will not be subject to negotiation and may be adjusted from time to time in line with Government pay policy. Hours of work:  Hours of attendance will be fixed but will amount to not less than 43 hours gross per week. Probationary Period: 12 months. The Role. 1. Lead a Process Innovation Team to develop and implement new and improved operational and technical processes and systems within the NTPF and wider health system. 2. Lead a Process Innovation Team to develop and implement new and improved processes to deliver ‘Best Practice Reporting’ nationally across Radiology Diagnostics, Outpatients, Inpatient, Day Case and Planned Procedure Waiting List Management. 3. Develop and deliver National Protocols and Tool Kits to support ‘Best Practice Reporting’ across Radiology Diagnostics, Outpatients, Inpatient, Day Case and Planned Procedure Waiting List Management. 4. Develop and deliver National Training and Development Programmes to support ‘Best Practice Reporting’ across Radiology Diagnostics, Outpatients, Inpatient, Day Case and Planned Procedure Waiting List Management. 5. Establish work streams across Radiology Diagnostics, Outpatient, Inpatient, Day Case and Planned Procedure Waiting List Management. Develop plans for delivery with detailed milestones across each work stream. - Monitor and report progress and deliverables across each work stream. - Manage the day to day operations across each work stream. 6. Maintain and build relationships with stakeholders. 7. Organise, participate in and facilitate innovation events. 8. Use innovation events to identify and drive process innovation. 9. Review and maintain waiting list management processes through a continuous improvement cycle, which takes into account: - Audit Findings. - Changes in Policy. - Process Improvements. - Innovation. - Integration. 10. Deputise for the Director of Process Innovation. 11. Provide input into the National Centralised Validation Unit as and when required. 12. Contribute to the strategic direction of the Process Innovation Unit. 13. Any other role or responsibility which may be assigned by the NTPF. Requirements.
