Reporting directly to the Director /Deputy Director of the Arts Council, the Head of Human Resources is seen as playing a vital role in the management of the organisation.     This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead out on the Arts Council’s HR Strategy, manage all aspects of HR and support the internal capacity of the staff in the Arts Council to deliver on the overall corporate strategy, Making Great Art Work.   The successful candidate will have: • significant experience of Strategic HR,  • experience of working with and advising a senior management team on HR issues. • have developed HR programmes and policies. • experience in leading a small experienced HR team.
