Description

Maintenance Coordinator - Dublin Port. This position takes responsibility for the co-ordination and completion of maintenance activities in a timely manner on the site within budget, operating strictly to internal and external H&S regulations and guidelines, including control of contractors. The position takes responsibility for the processing of material through the SRF (solvent recovery facility) in an efficient cost effective and safe manner as planned and instructed by the Technical Manager. Core Responsibilities: • Lead the planning and scheduling of the maintenance activities at the facility to comply with internal standards and external regulations / guidelines. • Preparation, updating and execution of preventive and periodic maintenance programs. • The use of SAP PM system as a support and follow-up tool for maintenance activities. • Preparation and execution of continuous improvement project activities. • Operation of SCADA control system and work with planning, operational and analytical teams to process liquid waste in the Solvent Recovery Facility for final treatment centres. Interested applicants should have: • Minimum 2 years’ experience operating in a processing plant. • Leadership ability with a hands-on type approach. • Knowledge and experience in the use of a planning tool/application. • Knowledge and experience with MS applications & PC based applications. • Experience with the Maintenance module in SAP is an advantage. • Have completed a relevant apprenticeship or an Ordinary bachelor’s degree or equivalent an advantage.
