Process Innovation Coordinator - Grade VII. Application details/procedure: Title: Process Innovation Coordinator. Level: Grade V11. Salary: €50,834, €52,074, €53,527, €54,982, €56,444, €57,748, €59,077, €60,369, €61,653, €63,864, €66,081. Important Note. Entry will be at the minimum of the scale and the rate of remuneration will not be subject to negotiation and may be adjusted from time to time in line with Government pay policy. Tenure: Permanent Full Time. Location:    The NTPF is based at Ashford                      House, Tara Street, Dublin 2. Travelling may be required. Hours of work:  Hours of attendance will be fixed but will amount to not less than 43 hours gross per week. Probationary Period: 12 months. The Role. • Management of the development and implementation of new and improved operational and technical processes and systems within the NTPF and wider health systems. • Development and implementation of new and improved processes to deliver ‘Best Practice Reporting’ nationally across Radiology Diagnostics, Outpatients, Inpatient, Day Case and Planned Procedure Waiting List Management. • Development and delivery of the PIU National Training and Development Programmes to support ‘Best Practice Reporting’ across Radiology Diagnostics, Outpatients , Inpatient, Day Case and Planned Procedure Waiting List Management. Required competencies. i. Leadership Potential. ii. Analysis & Decision Making. iii. Delivery & Results. iv. Interpersonal & Communication Skills. v. Drive & Commitment. Eligibility Criteria. „X Third level degree, preferably in Health, Accounting, Economics, Law, Science, Business or other. closely related discipline. „X Minimum of 3 years’ relevant healthcare experience in a similar position. „X Knowledge and experience of Project Management Methodologies i.e. LEAN, PRINCE 2 & AGILE. In addition, the following are requirements of the position: „X The ability to determine priorities and organise workloads under pressure in order to achieve deadlines. „X Evidence of participation in large scale projects. „X Knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Office suite of products. „X Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills. „X Ability to work on own initiative. „X Be an effective communicator, with the ability to consult at all levels of an organisation. „X Must hold a full clean drivers licence. „X Ability to travel (in certain circumstance this could involve overnight stays. https://www.ntpf.ie/home/recruitment.htm.
