Clontarf Hospital provides rehabilitation for orthopaedic and older persons transferred from the acute Dublin hospitals. Clontarf Hospital provides these rehabilitation services in partnership with acute hospitals in the North Dublin area and in line with the HSE National Clinical Programmes. The hospital provides a service for 160 in-patients and a limited General Practitioner (GP) out-patient service for adults by appointment only.   The Health & Safety Officer will have responsibility for the development of the Health & Safety Programme for the hospital, and ensuring compliance with all Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Legislation. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Health and Safety professional to join our team. In addition to their standard duties the successful candidate will be tasked with the role of Covid- 19 Response Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Covid-19 specific safety management systems as outlined by the National Public Health Emergency Team and the Health & Safety Authority.
