Do you speak German and have Customer services experience within an office environment and are you a SAP user?  Well come and work for this great company and be part of a busy and dynamic team. They are a Global organisation with the Irish Office headquartered in Dublin City Centre and they are looking for a German speaker for a Customer services and order processing role with SAP.  Responsibilities for this role will include: Working as part of a busy team. Dealing with Business customers via phone and email. Working with SAP. Working closely with internal partners. Responsible for delivery times and forecasts to customers. Order management and order processing. Customer services regarding orders, logistics and legal requirements. Administration. Busy and varied role. Experience required. Written and spoken fluent German. Written and spoken fluent English. At least 2 years’ customer services experience within an office environment is essential. Order Processing or order management experience is a strong advantage. SAP experience is essential.
