Hartley People are currently looking for an experienced IT IMS Project Coordinator to join our Client’s team in Dublin. Responsibilities: Support the Project Manager in effective delivery of the project, monitoring project plans, coordinating deliverables and lead work streams on the project as appropriate. Track and report on project costs to facilitate quality budget & planning and to ensure effective management of budget deviations. Facilitate meetings, maintain detailed notes and distribute minutes to team members. Support RAID analysis and ensure appropriate follow-up actions. Support the quality management by ensuring quality checks as per agreed plan. Maintain documentation and repositories so that accurate reports can be provided. Plan and coordinate documentation reviews, ensuring timely approvals to meet the project plan and management of information flow within the team. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings with Senior Stakeholders. Management of administrative activities including PO requests, time sheets, on-boarding and vetting of external resources, expense claims. Requirements: Third level education in IT, Business Administration or similar. Minimum 5 years of experience. Interested?
