HR Business Partner. Our client, a market leader in the Financial Services sector have a new job opening for a Business Partner on their Human Resources Team. This is a fantastic opportunity with a well-known company and a fantastic package available for the right candidate. Responsibilities: • Working closely with HR team and supporting Head of HR BP. • Leading planning, communication and implementation of HR interventions, services, processes or policies efficiently. • Coach, mentor, improve and evaluate business leaders on performance. • Implement and collaborate on organisational change programmes. • Employee engagement and motivation to continue a high performance ethos. • Review and evaluate Policies & Procedures. What we are looking for: • 5 years experience at Business Partner level, in all specialisms of HR. • CIPD Qualified. • Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law. • Leadership skills related to organisational change programmes full cycle. • Demonstrated experience at Senior HR Level and a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and process.
