Resourcing Manager Sanderson is recruiting for a Resourcing Manager to deliver on a full cycle contract role for a period of 12 Months. Our client is a market leading organisation who is going through a period of massive growth across their 3 divisions. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to coordinate and activate talent acquisition activities and strategies. This is an end to end 360 recruiting role. Role Responsibilities: Work closely with the HR leadership team and People Partners to execute the new hire requirements in line with business strategy. Undertake and oversee all activities within the end to end recruitment process. Provide programme management for all Talent Acquisition initiatives and support the development of a resourcing strategy. Work with business and HR leadership on workforce planning needs. Constantly seek to refine and enhance approaches to recruitment delivery and strategy. Provide thought leadership on industry trends, best practices, benchmarks, technology and proven models to inform decisions related to setting talent enablement strategies, policies and practices. Responsible for the implementation of recruiting and sourcing strategies for specialty areas ICT, healthcare, insurance, other professional roles. Subject matter expert on recruitment best practice e.g. interview skills, assessment tools, sourcing methods. Communicate a clear, accurate understanding of recruitment-related HR analytics and provide insights on how to use them to inform decision making and deliver results. Measure and report on progress again hiring plan on a regular basis. Provide oversight of compliance with recruitment policies and practices. Essential Experience: Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience with a strong background in resourcing roles. Business, HR or other relevant degree (Masters level preferable but not essential. Experience of working with senior leadership and developing resourcing strategies. Versatility to work across different industries within a group structure while applying resourcing techniques and methods that work for the specific industry. Experience of successfully implementing and utilising digital solutions for efficient and effective talent acquisition. Proven ability to manage resources both people and financial to meet key deliverables. Strong people management and relationship building skills to influence key stakeholders and leadership. Good knowledge of employment law, recruitment policy.
