Finishing Foreperson | Dublin & Leinster |  €Neg + Package. We are working with large property developers and a number of Tier 1 main contractors in the greater Dublin region who have ‘shovel ready’ projects in strategic locations, they are offering long term employment on prestigious developments. Required for Tier 1 Property Developer and main contractors who specialise in residential (housing & apartments) , commercial new builds and refurbishments. Projects are strategically located both sides of the M50 and along Dublin's Docklands. Hotels, Apartment Developments are typical 'live' projects. Typically, projects are multi-phased over a number of years. You will be either technically or trade qualified, coupled with several years’ experience supervising the projects with final handover to clients. Ability to deliver a quality project in a safe and efficient manner. Keen eye for finishes with the ability to deal with the end users.
