Principal Duties and Responsibilities. 1. Ensure the effective day-to-day administration of the AQA function, and support the Team in all aspects of their roles. 2. Support Team Leads in the delivery of all activities in the audit cycle including, preparation, planning, conduct, post audit analysis and reporting of results. 3. Responsible for coordinating the audit schedule, logistics and travel arrangements in respect of audit assignments. 4. Perform on-site and/or virtual review of hospital patient administration systems and patient records against data samples under the direction of the Audit Team Lead. 5. Responsible for the collection, examination, analysis and reporting of data and information for audit/review purposes. 6. Develop and maintain templates and tables for reporting audit statistics and results. 7. Document management and maintenance of GDPR Data Retention and Deletion plan. 8. Organise, manage and follow up on meetings. 9. Maintain own knowledge of relevant protocols, hospital systems, processes and procedures to perform the role effectively and to ensure high quality standards are met. 10. Maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times. 11. Provide cover for other team administrators in their absence. 12. Any other role or responsibility which may be assigned by the NTPF.
