Global Wellness Manager Role Summary Develop, design and deploy the Wellness Program across multiple locations in collaboration internal nd external stakeholders. You will ensure alignment to the employee engagement framework and drive morale and motivation. Sustaining welfare and engagement is at the core of the people plan. A hands-on role that integrates employee wellness and engagement through a variety of project management, analysis, data and insights reporting. The Wellness Manager analyse and generate insight reports for commercial decision makers. Duties and Responsibilities Design and deliver in-company Wellness Program initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders. Ensure an aligned and consistent approach is taken across multiple locations in EMEA (emotional, physical, mental and stress management. Ensure provision of wellness initiatives are clearly communicated. Guide vendor partnerships to deliver wellness management services. Manage the design, implementation, communication, evaluation, and administration of all health and welfare programs. Coordinate Wellness Leads & Ambassadors providing guidance, mentorship, support, and feedback. Oversee the implementation of wellness communications. Collaborate and balance a variety of factors, points of view, compliance, and human issues, regularly dealing with gray areas and conflicting points of view. Development of criteria to measure outcomes. Lead in the analysis of data for quality improvement, including interpreting study results, identifying limitations and barriers, and recommending alternatives. Ensure that the Wellness Program is integrated into the Induction Program and deliver modules where required. Leads insights evolution and proposes change action plans to operational owners. Maintains records, documentation and reports for all wellness programs. Manages governance of clean room processes and requirements in EMEA locations. Required Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in a similarly focussed wellness role. Masters' Degree in Psychology preferred. Previous Multinational Corporate experience highly desired. Experience in program and project roll-outs and launches. Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving. Knowing when to seek to understand, when to influence, and when to listen. Ability to strongly influence key senior stakeholders. This role will require up to 20% travel.
