Design Coordinator (Contractor. Leinster €60-70k + Package. Our client is a leading Tier-1 main contractor who undertake commercial, hotel, data centre and residential projects from €10-150m, with a large percentage being negotiated contracts. Due to continued growth, they have a requirement for a Design Engineer/Coordinator for projects in the Dublin region. Candidate will hold a degree in Civil/Structural Enfineering couple with design experiennce. Typical projects new build & refurbishment in the Hotel, Student Accommodation, Office blocks, and data centre sector. Responsibilities Responsible for the design and checking of all designs for buildability. Working with the client and consultants. Design Coordination, liasing with subcontractors.
